THE BEGINNING
I was born and raised on the border of Essex and East London to an Irish Catholic family. From before I was even ten years old I had this nagging feeling in the back of my mind that Catholicism was not right for me. As I grew I started asking questions of the priest and an aunt who was a nun which they could or would not answer. By the age of thirteen I had rejected the church in favour of what I believed to be my own instincts. By my late teens others would turn to me for advice, including total strangers, I never knew that I knew the answers until they spilled from my mouth, afterwards I wondered where that knowledge came from.
THE MIDDLE
In my early thirties I started to explore spiritualism, visiting many churches and hearing many mediums. Soon after I was invited to start studying Spiritual healing under the tutelage of Caroline Mison at Brentwood Spiritualist Church. I discovered the source of the advice I had been giving to others.
Any communication can only be done with the mind, which led me to study Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy which expanded my own mind more. I also studied under Natalie J Vickery. My bias is still towards healing and I am currently studying emergency medicine and working in that field.
THE END
I still don't know what the rest of life will bring, and to be honest I would not want to know. To me the point of life is the journey and the adventure, learning my lessons, the forging of new friendships, and letting go of those who need to pursue their own life goals.
