METAPHYSICS
Here at Le Monde Nouveau we offer the development and understanding of the subject of metaphysics which helps the individual to ascertain the spiritual domain, which requires one to participate in that reality as, oppose to either reading or thinking about it. One must become an explorer not merely a scholar. All great adepts of mysticism have taught that discovering the spiritual domain requires us to move beyond our ordinary consciousness (thinking, feeling, worrying, planning etc).
Overview in Brief
In our ordinary state of consciousness we exist on the material or physical plane interested only in our thoughts, feelings and self. One can not possibly experience the spiritual domain through sensing and thinking. It is therefore essential that one can have some understanding of the transitional plane of being: The Metaphysical and Theoretical dimension. We develop an imagination-higher mind of comprehension. The great teacher's Hermes, Pythagoras, Socrates and Plato taught how to activate our reason or intellect, through what Plato refers to in the 'Phaedo' the practice of dying.
At Le Monde Nouveau we provide workshops and development that are intended to help the Student to gain a knowledge and understanding in all areas of Metaphysics. As a Consultant, Practitioner, Healer,Tutor or Lecturer , the student will become more knowledgeable and proficient in his/her work . Allowing one to become a true professional in the emergent field of Metaphysics.
What we Offer
As a Metaphysical school we offer meditation workshops, courses and training in various aspects of spiritual enlightenment (The development of the inner spirit) the living spirit. We also assist in helping the individual to understand their true spiritual nature, and the nature of the universe.
The Curriculum
Le Monde Nouveau's teachings are for, both the beginner and the advanced Enlightening the advanced student who has been practicing metaphysics,and helping to provide a good foundation for the beginner, with the addition of being able to find all the most of the common, and not so common concepts of metaphysics in one consign.
The mind of man can attain high levels of spiritual insight and corresponding spheres of divinty of values because it not wholly material. There is a spirit nucleus in the mind of man - the Adjuster of the Divine Presence. There are three separate evidences of this spirit indwelling of the human mind:
1) Humanitarian fellowship-love. The purely animal mind may be gregarious for self protection, but only the spirit in-dwelt intellect is unselfishly altruistic and unconditionally loving.
2) Interpretation of the Universe - wisdom. Only the spirit in-dwelt mind can comprehend that the universe is friendly to the individual.
3) Spiritual Evaluation - life - worship. Only the spirit in-dwelt man can realize the Divine presence and seek to attain a fuller experience in and with this foretaste of Divinity. (Urantia paper 196)
