Hypnotherapy

Is a perfectly safe and natural way of using your own inner resources, to organise your thoughts and behaviours to bring about beneficial change. It is the application of hypnotic techniques that help bring about therapeutic changes. The therapist being an external influence assisting in activating the inner resources of the Client, thus being able to achieve realistic goals. Hypnotherapy serves as a means of communication between the subconscious and conscious mind - between feeling and intellect.

If you have an emotional or psychological problem, a bad habit you can't break, or just want to feel better about yourself, hypnotherapy can help you make the desired changes, no matter how entrenched the condition.

Change doesn’t need to be hard, or take months. The hardest part is making the decision to change something. Hypnotherapy helps to make changes in ones behaviour. It cannot force you to make any changes against your will.

Phobias of all kinds lend themselves well to hypnotherapy, and anyone suffering from panic attacks or obsessional compulsive behaviour, and stress-related problems like insomnia, may benefit. Conditions exacerbated by tension, such as irritable bowel syndrome, psoriasis and eczema, and excessive sweating, respond well, and even tinnitus can be treated by these techniques.
